Q: Why can't I see all my photos and videos?

The Facebook and Instagram APIs have limitations on what content they provide. Some older posts, stories, or certain media types may not be accessible through the official APIs. Additionally, if you've changed your privacy settings, some content might not be available.

Q: Is my data safe?

Yes! This application doesn't store any of your photos, videos, or personal data on our servers. All processing happens in your browser, and downloads go directly to your device. We only use official APIs and secure OAuth authentication.

Q: Why do I need to give permissions to the app?

We request only the minimum permissions needed to access your media: user_photos and user_videos for Facebook, and user_profile and user_media for Instagram. These permissions allow us to retrieve your content through the official APIs.

Q: Can I download videos?

Yes, the application supports downloading both photos and videos from your Facebook and Instagram accounts, subject to what's available through the official APIs.

Q: How long do my login sessions last?

For security, sessions expire after 1 hour. You'll need to sign in again to continue accessing your media.
